This workshop provides participants with an opportunity to dive deeper into Guiding Principle #2; Teaching is informed by initial, comprehensive assessment and ongoing assessment through teaching, and Guiding Principle #6; Teaching involves intensive, ongoing observation and continual micro-adjusting or fine tuning of teaching.  Participants will

• Re-engage with the Models from AVMR 1 and 2 to better understand ongoing formative assessment through observation.
• Explore record keeping practices to find practical ways to collect student data.
• Practice strategies using lessons from Ready Set Math resources.
