Mental math and conceptual understanding of place value are foundational for learning increasingly complex mathematics. Participants will explore strategies that will strengthen relational thinking and support students' success on addition and subtraction tasks that require regrouping. This interactive workshop is designed for those new to Math Recovery and does not require prior course certification.
